Shipping and Delivery Policy
DELIVERY LEAD TIME
Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 working days depending the country you are. All packages are shipped with international courier companies, such as colissimo international. We will send you a link in order for you to track your parcel.
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email firstname.lastname@example.org .
ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
You will be responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by ISLI. If you are unsure of the duties, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Once your order is placed we are unable to change the shipping address. We offer you the possibility to create several shipping addresses within your account. When submitting your order you may select the address where you would like the order to be delivered.
Return and Exchange Policy
We accept refunds on all of our items. If you would like to make an exchange, you can return your order to be refunded and place a new order in our online shop. You have 14 days from when you receive your order to return your purchases for a refund. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags in place and accompanied by the delivery note that was enclosed with your parcel. Please contact email@example.com to arrange a return, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
We offer free returns worldwide. Our customer care team will assist you. Please refer to our FAQ section for the process on how to return/exchange an item.
Your refund will be processed for the full amount paid for the products, within 14
business days of ISLI receiving the returned products. We require that the
products must not have been used, and returned in original condition. We will
refund your purchase through the same method used for payment (Paypal or credit card).
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you and sort out the problem as quickly as possible.
