For all online orders, you have a 14-day return period from the date of receipt. The item must be unworn, undamaged, and still with its original label. Please note that the packaging may differ from the original.

Any return requests must be submitted via email to contact@islistudio.com.
It's important to note that once the request is validated, no modifications are possible.
 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a lost parcel by the carrier, you must file a claim with the shipping authorities. We are not responsible for lost parcels. We provide tracking and require
a signature when sending our packages to ensure optimal traceability.
